ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF PHOTOS: The photos will be delivered within 48 hours after the end of the event, in digital format. The registered email will be notified when the photos are available for download

ABOUT THE NUMBER OF PHOTOS: Include all your photos in the cycling, running and finishing stages, a minimum of 8 photos will be delivered in total. If you have photos in the swimming stage, these will be included in the package (the nation stage will be covered, but we do not guarantee your photos due to the crowding that is generated). The photographers will be distributed throughout the route and there will also be exclusivity at the

finish line.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If you do not have the minimum number of 8 photos offered, you must request a refund within 5 days after the event through profocuspe@gmail.com. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period. Refunds and cancellations will be made within 30 days of the request using the payment method used in

the order.
